Help for adults 18 and older
“You can’t imagine how frustrating and scary it has been to live inside my head. I was spiraling out of control with my manic mood swings and alcohol use. I had unintentionally alienated my whole family, and I felt very alone.
Then I came to The Dale Association's PROS Center for Wellness and my whole life turned around. My counselor Kristin really cared about me. She helped me dust off my life goals and together we created a plan to achieve them. The psychiatrist revised my prescriptions so my emotional state is now steady. I’m finally working, I bought a car, my family and I enjoy each other, and I’m in the best shape of my life. PROS is the single most effective program I’ve ever found.” - Daniel, 32
