We offer safe, reliable and cost-friendly transportation to adults within our community through our Medical Transportation Shuttle and our Dial-A-Lift van.

Medical Transportation Shuttle is designed to provide adults and Medicaid recipients in the community a ride to and from physician, medical testing and treatment appointments for a reasonable cost. People using the Transportation Shuttle will appreciate the convenience of riding in a safe, clean vehicle that is operated by a courteous and professional driver. 

We cover all of Niagara County and parts of Erie County. This is not an emergency vehicle. Rates are based on non-wheelchair, wheelchair, one-way and two-way fees depending on the distance traveled.

To schedule a ride, please call 72-hours in advance (three days) 716-433-1939. A coordinator must confirm your arrangements prior to pick-up.

Dial-A-Lift provides Dale Association members with the convenience of affordable transportation from their home to the many social, nutritional and educational activities at the Centre.
