Chair Exercise Class
On Tuesday and Thursday mornings from 10:30 – 11:30 am. Join US to increase strength, flexibility, balance and endurance. Great for anyone with mobility limitations or arthritis. Classes: $3.00 per session.
Functional Fitness
Stop in Wednesdays at 11:30 for Functional Fitness! We use techniques to enhance physical and mental health, as well as to improve posture, balance, flexibility, and strength. Classes: $3.00 per session.
