Pickle Ball
We’re excited to bring Pickle Ball, a fun, popular sport to The Dale Association. Join us Mondays at 1:00 pm, to learn how to play this racket sport for 2 to 4 players. Wear comfortable clothes and sneakers. Rackets, balls and net are supplied by The Dale Association. FREE
Daytime Yoga
This relaxed, open class offered weekly on an ongoing basis is for all levels. Come as often as you like and work at your own pace. Taught at The Dale by certified yoga instructors Liz Cousins or Sue Berhalter, on Mondays, 10:00-11:30 am. Cost per class: $5 member, $8 non-member – payable by class.
Chair Exercise Class
On Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday mornings from 10:30 – 11:30 am. Join US to increase strength, flexibility, balance and endurance. Great for anyone with mobility limitations or arthritis. Classes: $2.00 per session.
