Daniel (He/Him) is a licensed social worker and clinician with The Dale Association since August 2020. He specializes in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT). Additionally, Daniel is trained in Motivational Interviewing and Schema Therapy. Daniel values creating a space for all people to feel empowered and safe while striving to achieve personal goals.
Daniel graduated with his Masters in Social Work from the University at Buffalo and thereafter obtained licensure. He also earned his IMHATT certification and has experience leading substance use groups highlighting the building blocks to achieve recovery goals as well as mental health groups including managing anxiety, grief, and anger.
Daniel enjoys cooking various cuisines, watching films, and hosting board game nights with friends and loved ones during his off hours.
Dayna
Clinician

Dayna has been a full-time clinician at the Dale Association Outpatient Clinic since December 2021 and prior to that gained experience in community-based crisis services. Dayna focuses her work in strengths-based and trauma-informed approaches. Dayna specializes in working with individuals who may be ambivalent about their substance use, relationships, intrusive thoughts, and interpersonal conflicts. Dayna is trained extensively in Motivational Interviewing and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and also has her IMHATT certification for treating dual disorders. Some of the disorders she concentrates in are Anxiety Disorders, Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder, and Co-Occurring Substance Use Disorders.
Originally from Oswego County, Dayna attended Oswego State for her Bachelor’s degree, majoring in Human Development. While at Oswego, Dayna became interested in social work and welfare, and went back to school to obtain her Master’s in Social Work at University at Buffalo. While at University at Buffalo, Dayna primarily focused on Substance Use Disorders, Trauma-Informed Care, and Family Interventions thereafter obtaining her MSW and licensure.
While not working, Dayna enjoys spending time with her fiancé and three cats. Dayna is a big Bills fan (Go Bills!) and enjoys going to games when she can. Dayna is a passionate foodie, and enjoys trying new foods and restaurants.
Elizabeth
Licensed Creative Arts Therapist

Elizabeth Siclari is a Licensed Creative Arts Therapist practicing in Buffalo, NY. She obtained her Master’s in Science with a specialty in Creative Arts Therapy from Nazareth College. She specializes in using the expressive arts as a therapeutic tool while also incorporating a variety of evidence-based treatment modalities that best fit her client’s needs to help them achieve their mental and emotional goals.
Elizabeth has years of experience providing individual psychotherapy services in both a clinic and private practice setting in Niagara Falls as well as other parts of the Western New York area. She has experience in group therapy work and has offered groups such as art therapy, managing anxiety, and grief recovery.
Elizabeth has worked in the mental health field for over 7 years. Within her years of working, she has gained the experience, skills, and knowledge to help clients work through depression, anxiety, grief/loss, pre/postpartum mood disorders, trauma, and other mood disorders.
She continues to educate herself in the field of psychotherapy to stay current with the most recent evidence based practices. Elizabeth is currently beginning EMDR training and will be able to offer client’s the benefits of EMDR work this June.

Kathleen Grabar-Kremblas is licensed clinician with the Dale Association. She graduated from the Greater Rochester Collaborative Master of Social Worker Program through SUNY Brockport and Nazareth College. She has years of experience working with adults in mental health and substance use clinics in addition to working with adolescents and families in a residential and community-based mental health settings. Life can be difficult to navigate and dealing with a range of emotions can become overwhelming, Kathleen is there to help you process difficult situations, better understand your mental health, and strategize with your individual needs to guide you toward healthy coping skills and reach your goals!
Melissa
Registered Nurse

Meet Melissa, our clinic nurse! Melissa obtained her nursing degree from Niagara County Community College in 2010 and has worked in a variety of settings including hospital, primary care, inpatient, behavioral health and psychiatry. Working in these different backgrounds has provided a solid foundation for the current work she performs here at the Dale. She has spent the last few years of her career taking specialized trainings and obtaining certifications to better understand substance abuse, mental health conditions and the specific medications that can help treat them. Being a part of the Dale team as a nurse, provides a unique opportunity to link mental health with physical health.
When Melissa is not working, she spends her time with her husband and three children. They enjoy anything outdoors; camping, hiking, fishing, bike rides and kayaking are some of their favorite activities. When the weather isn’t so nice, they are also avid movie watchers. Nothing is better than a family movie night!
Melissa has plans to further her education as she is a firm believer in you should never stop learning and growing. She truly loves what she does and helping people in any way she can.
