The Dale Association’s Peer Specialist Program is for adults, age 18 and older, living in Niagara County and in the process of seeking therapeutic services. The Peer Specialist provides assistance to individuals with mental health issues. The program will assist them in their own recovery process.
Scheduling an Appointment
Peer Specialists are former recipients of mental health services and have special understanding and empathy for their peers due to their personal experiences. They have received specific training so they can assist peers in basic independent living skills and link them to needed services.
Request for admission should be made to Mark Nettleton, Peer Specialist Program Coordinator during regular business hours: Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM. The Peer Specialist will then schedule a face-to-face visit at which time all appropriate releases and paperwork will be completed.
